Hello, I am a cisgender woman who has been training in martial arts from a young age. My pronouns are she/her. I was born and raised in the Sylvan Lake and have called Calgary, Three Hills and Red Deer home as well.
I am a Shodan (First Degree Black Belt) with the International Bujinkan Dojo Association (IBDA) and am currently training for my Nidan (Second Degree Black Belt).
I am on the learning path with all members of Heart Dojo. Shodan is the beginning of my marital arts journey. As I know better, learn more, and grow with you, so will Heart Dojo.
I am passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone at Heart Dojo and I hope that I have the opportunity to meet and train with you someday.
You are welcome here, loved here, and this space is for all 2SLGTBQiA+ and allies. I humbly welcome you and your family (chosen or otherwise). I want to lead this space with compassion and an open heart. That is why we are Heart Dojo.
